We accept returns within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Contact us at info@byronglarsbeautymark.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please return your merchandise within two weeks from the date of receipt for both exchange and credit. Indicate the RA# on the box. All items must be returned unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Initial shipping or return shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for packages returned to us using shipping methods that are not traceable.
All merchandise designated as FINAL SALE is not returnable.
